Man arrested after teenage dog walker 'assaulted' in St Helier woods


A MAN has been arrested after a teenage dog walker was allegedly assaulted in Westmount Woods.

The 19-year-old woman, who was walking a golden retriever, suffered minor injuries in an incident involving a man, aged in his 40s or 50s, walking a Shar Pei, according to the States police.

Officers say at least one other man was walking his dog in the area and may have seen part of the incident or spoken to the two people involved.
